At Creative Valley, our mission is to cultivate a secure, nurturing, and enriching learning environment built on trust. We strive to create a dynamic and caring atmosphere where interactive learning, creative exploration, and personal attention converge. By fostering a strong foundation of confidence and enthusiasm, our commitment is to guide children towards embracing their distinctive journey of growth and discovery, preparing them for a lifelong pursuit of learning.
OUR CORE VALUES (The 4 Cs)
- Care: We provide high-quality child care that is safe, healthy, and caring, as well as an educational environment in which young children can learn and grow.
- Compassion: We strengthen our program by being kind and respecting each child, family, and staff member in our program. In a positive supportive environment, everyone feels valued.
- Communication: Parents and teachers share a common goal: to provide the best possible care for their children. At Creative Valley, we believe that good communication is essential to children's learning experiences. By working together, we believe that optimum development will be obtained. We send daily updates and monthly newsletters to families about their child's daily activities.
- Cleanliness: Our children, families, and staff's health and safety are our top priority. We follow guidelines and safety protocols to provide the best possible learning environment for our children, and we have implemented additional health and safety practices due to COVID-19. All used toys, materials, and common areas are cleaned daily.
OUR CHILDREN'S CORE VALUES
- WE ARE HEALTHY: We believe that meals and snacks are critical to a child’s health and development. We provide a healthy breakfast, lunch, and afternoon snack. They are also an important part of the program’s curriculum.
- WE ARE RESPECTFUL: We respect different family traditions, special skills, and talents with our peers so that we can celebrate differences and similarities. We praise respectful behaviors by recognizing when children demonstrate kindness and good manners.
- WE ARE SAFE: Feeling safe makes learning possible. When a child feels safe, they are able to take the risks necessary to be in relationships, to explore, and to try new things.
- WE ARE FRIENDLY: We practice friendship skills through playing, taking turns, and sharing. At Creative Valley we explore, work, have fun, and grow together.
Our environment changes throughout the year to offer new experiences that are aligned with and supportive of the children’s growth and development.
